Finesmaster Compact Range

The Powerscreen Compact range of Finesmasters are today’s most efficient, cost effective and energy conscious on the market. These systems have been engineered for quick installation and consist of three key elements.

1. Sump and Rubber lined slurry Pump.
2. Rubber lined Hydro Cyclone(s).
3. High Frequency Dewatering Screen.

The Finesmaster Compact range use centrifugal force within the cyclone(s) to remove clays, silts and slime from sand to bring it into specification.

Advantages

• 96 / 98% recovery of all material above 75µm.
• Removes silt, slimes and clays below 75µm.
• Removes water following dewatering operation to 10–15% of residual water content.
